The equipment is used for charge and discharge test of polymer core at high temperature pressure. The whole machine consists of 1 set of high temperature control system. Including 1 set of 64 CH high temperature pressure fixture , and 1 set of 5V6A-64CH charge and discharge tester.
The forming Clamps adopts horizontal structure. There are 33 pieces of battery heating plates with 64 channels. It can be tested 64 cores at the same time.
The high temperature pressure forming clamps realizes the function of pressing and heating the battery. The clamps has a stable temperature control system and a pressure control system.
A set of high temperature pressure forming clamps is equipped with one set of servo motor, one set of pressure sensor, 33 layers battery heating pressure plates , and one set of pressure drive transfer module.
The high temperature pressure forming clamps can be compatible with different shape and size of batteries in a certain range, and the power of the equipment is provided by the servo motor.
